Career consultation
For many students, job hunting will be a first-time experience. When starting your job search, it is natural to have questions such as "What should I do to find a job?", "How should I go about my job search?", "What will Career Center do?", and "What questions should I ask?". You are not the only one who does not know, everyone is probably anxious. Career Center is here to help you eliminate that anxiety. Please feel free to come and talk to us about anything you do not understand or are wondering about.
Career guidance (guidance, seminars)
Career Guidance
We will provide you with information on employment in general through career guidance. We will hold several sessions starting from your third year (first year of graduate school), so please be sure to attend. (Please check Career Center website, portal, or LINE@ for the dates of the sessions.)
*Certificates of job hunting will not be issued for participation in guidance sessions, etc. Please give priority to classes.
Various seminars and on-campus company information sessions
We also provide guidance on etiquette for working adults, etiquette required for company visits, and interview courses, as well as hold "civil service study groups," "on-campus joint company information sessions," and "individual company information sessions."

Providing job information
Career Center staff proactively exchange information with recruiters from reputable companies who send job offers to our university, building strong relationships with the companies and providing students with the latest, timely recruitment information through "Job NAVI" and student interviews.

About career path registration
Career Center carries out employment-related work based on Article 33-2 of the Employment Security Law. Students who wish to find employment must register their career aspirations (this will be treated as an internal document and kept confidential from anyone other than the person in charge) in accordance with the law. (Even if you are not looking for employment, you must register your career aspirations.) If you do not register, we will not be able to contact you with information about employment, and we will not be able to issue letters of recommendation to companies.

1. How to get a resume

2. Transcripts of academic records, graduation certificates, and health certificates

3. Recommendation Letters
If you are asked to submit a letter of recommendation from a company etc. when applying for a recommendation, please log in to the Portal → Career Support System (Career Center) → "Professor Recommendation List" and check the "Application Procedure" at the top of the screen for important points and procedures.
- If you are not a member of a seminar, please contact Career Center.
- If you are asked to submit a recommendation letter even though you applied on your own, our university will not issue such letters in principle. Please present the document via the website below and ask the company for their understanding (however, this does not include cases where the student decides to switch to a recommendation during the selection process).
About recommendation applications
A recommendation application is an application method in which a supervising professor judges whether a student is suitable for the target company and recommends the student to the company. After applying, you cannot withdraw from the selection process. Please log in to the portal → Career Support System (Career Center) → "Professor Recommendation List" to check.
Issuance of a job hunting certificate
Please note that if you are absent from classes due to job hunting, even if the activity is related to the acceptance or rejection of interviews, Career Centerwill not issue a "Job Hunting Certificate." However, if you have job hunting activities that will affect your acceptance or rejection such as final interviews during the exam period and would like to take a retake exam, a certificate will be issued.
*Application deadlines vary by year, so please check the latest information from Career Center (portal distribution).
Other certificates, resumes, and envelopes
Regarding the issuance of various certificates, "Transcripts of Academic Records," "Certificate of Expected Graduation," and "Medical Certificates" can be issued at the automatic certificate issuing machines (Papyrus Mate) located in "Main Building (Building No. 11) 1st floor in front of Academic Affairs Division," "1st floor of Building No. 18," and "Umeda Satellite Campus." *Please check with Academic Affairs Division counter for the period and content of issuance. (Medical certificates are available at Health Service Center.) In addition, if you do not undergo a medical examination on campus, a "Medical Certificate" cannot be issued, and if you undergo a medical examination privately, the cost will be high.
Our university's resumes and envelopes for submission to companies are available free of charge at Career Center on the 2nd floor of the Main Building, the East Career Center, and the Umeda Satellite Campus.

When submitting a resume to a company, please make sure to use the format specified by your school (distributed at Career Center).
When submitting digitally, please use the "University Resume that can be created on PC or smartphone" form.

Employment for students with disabilities
We also support students with disabilities. Depending on whether or not you have a disability certificate, the way you go about your job search will differ, and companies will need to understand the degree of your disability and improve the work environment. Career Center provides information about employment, so please make use of it.
